Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work for orders placed on our website.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Items Eligible for Return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items, as long as the item meets the return conditions listed below.

Return Conditions (Required)

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition (unless the return is due to shipping damage or a manufacturing defect).
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, labels, and all included components.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items not purchased directly from Mopar Truck Filters.
  • Any item returned that is used, installed, altered, or modified (these may be refused or returned to sender).
  • Items where the return request is initiated more than 30 days after the delivery date.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery. We will review your request and guide you through the next steps:

Please include:

  1. Your Order Number
  2. The item(s) you wish to return
  3. Reason for the return (and photos if the item arrived damaged or defective)

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Do not ship anything back without contacting us first, as returns sent without tracking cannot be processed properly.

Return Shipping Costs

All approved returns ship free. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. We do not require customers to pay for return shipping under any circumstances (whether you received a damaged product or simply changed your mind).

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. All approved returns are processed without any hidden charges or restocking fees.

Refunds

Once we receive your return at our warehouse:

  • Inspection Time: 2–5 business days.
  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method.
  • Refund Posting Time: Please allow 3–14 business days for your bank or credit card issuer to officially post the refund to your account statement.
  • What is Refunded: You will receive a full refund for the product price.

Exchanges / Replacements

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we can offer either a replacement item (if available) or a full refund. Please specify your preference when contacting our support team.
